House rules
Simple courtesies that keep the clinic calm.
The clean hour
Each booking is a full clock hour, for example 14:00–15:00. Please be completely out of the room, and leave it clean and ready for the next practitioner, by the end of your hour.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 48 hours before a session and it goes straight back to your balance. Closer than that, you can ask the clinic to cancel and they'll decide.
Sessions
Each hour uses one session from your card. Cards are bought directly from the clinic, and the team adds them to your account.
Care for the space
Leave furniture and equipment as you found them, keep shared areas quiet, and let us know if anything needs attention.
